Hi All,
I was suffering with sinus on my left nose. Daily i am not able breathe properly and getting cough (like asma). Please let me know any medicines which will cure immediately and release the blocked nose...and also please guide me the how to cure this permanently.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of blocked nose and cough due to sinus problem which is known as sinusitis which occurs mainly due to bacterial or viral infection of upper respiratory tract. I would suggest you to start with warm saline gargles three times a day. Avoid using hot,m sharp and spicy foods. Avoid using carbonated beverages. You should take Loratidine syrup for stuffy nose. Do steam inhalation. Take combination of antibiotics such as Azithromycin long with Ibuprofen if it is due to viral cause. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and start treatment accordingly. Keep sipping warm water.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
