Suggest Medication For Blood Pressure

I've been taking carvedilol 12.5 mg once daily for congestive heart failure (50 per ent efficiency in left vent) and high blood pressure (140/80). Causes major fatigue and disabilitating 24/7 dizziness but has not reduced blood pressure or pulse rate. Any suggestions?

Many thanks for the help.

Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The dose of carvedilol can be reduced

There are several other classes of drugs and several drugs in each class – diuretics. ACEI, ARB and so on
You may benefit from an additional drug

The treating doctor alone can suggest further based on his assessment of the situation.

Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
