Suggest Medication For Bump On The Side Of The Breast

I have a black bump on the side of my breast for a year. My doctor says it s nothing. It has changed size some time appearing larger and sometime smaller. It does not hurt but is hard. I pressed on it and it seems smaller but has an odor. What do you think this is?
