Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

I understand your concern. It looks like a gastric ulcer. I suggest you to go to a gastrologist for a confirmation of the diagnoses.
Meanwhile I suggest you to:

1) Use PPI medication such as Nexium.
2) Don't smoke.
3) Make changes to your diet, such as eating smaller, more frequent meals. 4) Avoid anti-inflammatory drugs such as Naproxen, Ibuprofen etc.

Hope this clarifies your concerns. Thank you for the query.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
