General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

At your age, blood mixed with stools is not typical. My advice is that you get this fully investigated and addressed fully. A number of conditions like hemorrhoids, small wound and unlikely an infection may be responsible for these.

Examining you and running a few tests would be able to guide us towards getting answers to this.

I want you to get evaluated. Let me know if this is something that you can do.

I will also like you to adopt health-promoting behaviors. No smoking, minimal alcohol, healthy diet, fruits, and vegetables in your diet daily and regular physical exercise.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
