I have a friend that done meth for the first time. And I have been having to take care of her. I do not use drugs. So I m not sure how to help her? She is complaining about chest pain on her left side and she can not hold any food down. It has been two days since she has done any and she says it was like a 20 whatever that is. She is having bad panic attacks and cannot sleep . Which is obviously keeping me awake. I believe she has a slight heart murmur . Can I give her a Xanax 0.25 mg so she can get some relief off her chest. Or will it hurt her.... Please help she will not go to the doc.
