Hello dear, The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be attributed to Upper Respiratory tract infection. Combiflam being an Analgesic anti-pyretic agent will control only the fever. Symptomatic management of cold involves: 1. Anti histamine preparations like Allegra. 2. A course of antibiotics may be taken depending on culture and sensitivity reports. 3. Maintain adequate hydration & a healthy balance diet. 4. Warm salt water gargle & steam inhalation. 5. Also make sure that you are well protected from cold, dust & other allergens. If there is no relief even after 02 days, you need to get certain investigations like complete blood count, urine examination, peripheral smear for malaria, Dengue check, blood culture & X ray of chest.
