i have a question. i have a three year old daughter and she recently had a cold and had to have her fever broken twice. the last two days her cold seemed to be going away, but she started throwing up today and i dont know what to do. i tried giving her toast and tea but that only made her worse, so then i tried giving her juice and water to keep her hydrated but she cant even keep that down. the vomitting is accompanied with abdominal pain and her vomit is projectile. what do you think this could be?, help please
HI Well come to HCM| Chances of gastritis is very likely, this is self limiting condition but of course hydration is the matter, and vomiting these need to be treated, and for that Domperidone would be best to control the vomiting, and lyophilized Lactobacillus may be given to control the diarrhea, hope this information helps.
