Suggest Medication For Comedonal Acne Beneath The Skin

Hello, I have conedonal acne, its underneath the skin, so i m not sure its its closed or open. Anyways, I am on Clearasils salicylic acid treatment line, its been 3 weeks. No progress, if not getting worse. What lines do you recommend in full detail? P.s- have you heard of Paulas choice lines? if so, would that be a recommendation? (with specific products)

Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.

Whiteheads/blackheads (Comedones) are basically a type of acne.
Any cosmetics or medication can block the pores and cause acne.

I would suggest daily use a retinoid like tretinoin in lower percentage like 0.25 at night time over full face to prevent new eruption of acne and for healthy glowing skin.
Use a gentle cleanser for oily skin like cetaphil OS on regular basis.
Drink plenty of water and take fresh fruits and vegetable in your diet.
