Suggest Medication For Cough And Cold In A 3.2-year-old

my son is 3.2 year old and is having cough and cold and flu. i am giving him nebulizer with clenil c. and muconyl expectorant syrup. am i doing the right thing?? secondly....after a few weeks....he starts to have cough again:( and i have to repeat the procedure.can u tell me why is this cough n congestion happens again n again?

Flu is common in children of that age group. So no need to worry a lot. It is always better to improve the immunity in children rather than giving them medicines repeated. The medications that you are presently using are sufficient during onset.
