Suggest Medication For Cramp In Neck With Lightheadedness
Hello, My daughter got up this morning stretched and the heard a pop in her neck and now has really bad pain on her left side, she is laying down now. But when she was trying to get up she is getting really hot and lightheaded and the pain is really bad on her left side by her neck and arm.

Could you please specify your daughter's age...
I would advise a combination of paracetamol, diclofenac and chlorzoxazone, if she is over 18yrs.
Apply cold packs intermittently for the first 24-48 hours.
A soft cervical collar might help.
If there is no symptomatic improvement at all,
do consult an orthopedician.
