hi my name is james and i was woundering if i could get some help. i havethese like little slits or cuts both side of my tongueand some on the top of mytounge ad i was woundering i you know what it is. im so terrified to go to thedoctors about it.please help?thank you.

Hi,

Take some vitamin tablet like Becosules once daily for 1 month. Take betadine gargle alternate with saline gargle. If you are having sharp tooth you can visit dentist for grinding.
