Suggest Medication For Delayed Menstrual Period

My wife is having delayed menstrual period and almost 5 dy s she had taken 1 dose of mifty before 1 hrs and doctr s adviced that she have to take 2 tablet tommorow at same time and take 2 tablets day aftre tommorow.Kindly advice what to do or take any other medicine. .

Hi,

Your doctor has rightly advised for complete action of the kit. The kit contains tablets of 1 tablet of misoprostol and 4 tablets of mifepristone to be given in the order, as you have been advised. Why are you thinking to take some other medicine, as the success rate of this kit is approximate 90% or more. However, if there is no cramping or bleeding within 1-4 hours after taking tablet of misoprostol, then the abortion might have failed and you are advised to see a health care provider.
