Suggest Medication For Depletion Of Eye Muscles And Sepsis Within Eye Bones

I am experiencing a complete depleting of my surrounding Eye muscles of both left and Right Eye on the skin layer probably due to the Sinusitis infection that I had some years ago from dental surgery. Now I do experienced constant Eyes Surrounding Muscle Pains and consciously feel that some kind of a sepsis (like bacteria growth) occurs within the bone hallow of my nose to my surrounding eye bones. What food and Drug will I need to Use to remedy these symptoms?

snositis does not effect eye muscle. pain surounding eye may be ophthalmoplagia. it will effect functioning of eye lid. you can not feel bactirial growth innasal cavity. it can be examined by ent doctor and supported by investigation.
