Ok so I have these symptoms which are related to depression:
-difficulty concentrating, remembering details, and making decisions
-fatigue and decreased energy
-feelings of hopelessness and/or pessimism
-insomnia, early-morning wakefulness, or excessive sleeping
-irritability, restlessness
-overeating or appetite loss
-persistent aches or pains, headaches, cramps, or digestive problems that do not ease even with treatment
but the thing is I am not that sad. Like I get sad and then all of a sudden I get happy and I have energy. It's like this all day I'm sad one minute then happy then next and It's just a big cycle. Usually when I am sad I just force myself to be happy. I am fine at school(but I think that's because I don't want people to think I am sad) but i am mostly sad at home.Is it depression or something else? Thank you.
