what are some products not medication I can use for dermatitis? how long does it take to heal . I need it gone in a week. There are little fine bumps wit whites heads under my chin as well as redness what is quite noticeable . I am a 18 yr old female . I ve been using vicks and thinking about Listerine .
hi, thank you for putting up your query on HCM. as per your history, you have allergic dermatitis. -- as you already applying Vicks, I would recommend you not to do so, as it may aggravate it and may also cause hyperpigmentation. -- I would recommend you to apply mild corticosteroid cream like Mometasone furoate(0.1%) cream twice a day for a week. -- you may also take tab levocetrizine once a day, if itching is present. -- after redness is gone, you may use topical retino a (0.05%) at night time for half an hour. wishing you healthy skin. thank you
