I am 18 years old and last month on the 24th had diarrhea the whole day and constant urges to go even when nothing was left. Pepto Bismo didn't help and I was recommended another type of diarrhea medicine. That helped but since then I still not feel better (normal at all). Iam fine one day and then the next all over again constant urges to go to the bathroom. Now its July 17 and for the past week I started having abdominal pain mostly lower, some upper. Every time I have to go to the bathroom I get a rush and while I am using the bathroom I am having sharp pain like someone is stabbing my lower stomach. I have never had these types of problems. I never even get constipated and I don't feel like that now either. Its more like I go to the bathroom and have sharp stomach pain with it. Sometimes I still feel like I need to go, but then nothing but pain or maybe some gas. I am really getting worried now because its apparent this is not a stomach virus anymore, its been too long. Also my feces had been looking very strange. Its usually brown. One day it was green, other times it looks light and theres stuff around it and when I look I see little fluffy stuff floating in the toilet and all around the feces. There is no blood but I am still scared. What can this be? Please help
