Suggest Medication For Difficulty In Getting Sleep

I lay in bed for hours before i can fall asleep. I have tried everything from sleeping pills to counting sheep. By the time i finally fall asleep i am so tired the next mornign that i sleep through all of my alarms. this has become a problem that is job impacting

hi
u seem to have sleep onset insomnia
so u have requrie medicine only helpm
u in sleep initiation
some medication can prolonge ur whole sleep so u have face f
difficulty in getting up
so go for lorazepam 1 or 2 mg at bed time
try to maintain regular daily shedule
set sleep time and be stick on it
do regular exercise and meditation
avoid tea cofee alcohol soft drink at bed time
avoid heavy meal in evening
cool and calm enviornmnt in bed room
light music can help
get well soon
