Suggest Medication For Discomfort And Tingling In Right Arm After Taking Tetanus And PCEC

I was bitten by a cat on my neck last Aug 1, 2014. On the same day I was given tetanus toxoid 1 on my right deltoid, PCEC on my right and left deltoid intradermal and ERIG on my left and right thighs. After that day I m experiencing heaviness on my right arm, Im having difficulty writing and lifting even light objects (with my right arm). There was also light tibgling and twitiching on my right arm, neck and upper back. Burning sensation was also noted on my right forearm. My second dose of PCEC was last Aug 4 and the symptoms on my right arm continued. My last dose of PCEC will be on Aug 8. Is what I m experiencing normal?
