Suggest Medication For Dizziness, Nausea, Headache, Loss Of Appetite And Sweating

My 17 year old has had a bad headache, nausea, dizziness, sweaty loss of appetite for a week. I took her to the doctor and a CT scan was performed and was DX with Bilateral Migraine. She was prescribed Tylenol with codeine and the symptoms have not gone away. should I take her back to the ER or is this normal

I really appreciate your concern, if this is really migraine then no need to worry about this and not to take here to ER, condition is more or less is functional one and it finishes the course of episode and pain subsides with the medicine or without it, hope this information helps.
