Suggest Medication For Dizzy Spells

my dad is 80 yrs old, for the last 10 years, he has suffered with dizzy spells when he bends over, or works under his car, weak, acid reflux, bloating stomch and swollen feet, His energy level is now at 0. Stress test and blood work reveal nothing. However, he definately has something going on. He is not one to go to the Doc and gets very frustrated at them not finding what is wrong. It hurts to see him continue to go down as he has always been very athletic, a boxer, a hard worker. It is wearing on him mentally as well. What tests do we need to ask for?

Geriatrics Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. He is suffering from postural hypotension.
2. Venous stockings to lower limbs and IG necessary, corticosteroid could be helpful to increase blood pressure. During position change, he needs to do it slowly for his body to adjust.
3. He should take good amount of fluids.
4. He can get his blood pressure evaluated with change in position.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
