Suggest Medication For Dog Bite
Hello sir , I had a street dog bite yesterday and i have started the vaccines from today in GH . but they are suggesting only 4 vaccines as course I.e first vaccine I had on today (13th June ) next vaccines are on 16th, 20th of june. & last one on 10th of july. Is this correct set of vaccine course? Dog has bitten me in both legs.

Hi,
If you are bitten by street dog then vaccine alone is not sufficient. You have to take Anti rabies immunoglobulin or monoclonal antibody around the wound and intramuscular also. Vaccine can be given as 4 times.
