Suggest Medication For Ear Pain

My daughter is 3 years and 9 months old (13 kgs). She has cough and fever for the last 4 days and complaining of ear pain.We had consulted an ENT as for the ear pain which according to her is due to cough and fever. She had prescribed an ear drop, nasal drop, antibiotic besides paracetamol, cough syrip etc. However, since the fever did not subside after giving paracetamol syrup, we consulted a paediatrician who provided with paracetamol syrup as well as amoxcyllin syrup. However, till now she is complaining of her ear psin. Please advise

Hi, thanks for your query.
Any upper respiratory tract infection or cold can cause congestion in the ears which can cause ear pain.
Antibiotics and decongestant tablet twice daily+ decongestant nasal drops are usually advised.
