General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my surgical experience, very low levels of Thyroid stimulating hormone has to be co related with levels of active form of T 3 and T4 in the serum. Majority of the cases are related to hyper functioning of thyroid gland due to auto immune disorders or else, where the excess release of thyroid hormones suppress the TSH production by negative feedback inhibition phenomenon. Kindly provide me rest of the reports in details so that I can guide you further in details herewith.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
