Suggest Medication For Extreme Stiffness And Pain In Lower Back

I have been suffering from severe pain in my lower back due to its absolute stiffness. It becomes like iron when I lie down, aggravates during the night. My MRI shows degeneration mainly in Li L4 and L5 areas. I have undergone physio therapy but am back to square one. Please advise a painkiller and some medicine to reduce the stiffness. Thanks

Hi .Can understand your concern. As per your query about pain and stiffness in lower back region is due to degenerative changes according to MRI reports. You need to go for rehabilitation and physiotherapy centre for prevention of it.If you are a female you can take calcium and vitamin D supplements. For reducing stiffness you can apply any topical diclofenac gel like volini...You can take analgesic like Aceclo MR to get relief from pain and stiffness but on advice of your physician as prolong use of any drug is not good and has many side effects.I hope the information helps you.Take care .
