Suggest Medication For Extremely Itchy Red Bumps Around The Scar Of Breast Implants

I had breast implants and the scar is healing yet I have these small red itching bumps around and near the suture. Im assuming its an allergic reaction from the topical treatment which I have stop using. My doctors say its fine. But the itch is unbearable. What can i use besides Bacitracin.
