Hello Doctor, I am a 32yrs old woman. Not married yet. I have a very sensitive skin. It s oily and sweaty in summer and very dry and rough in winter. I am very prone to allergies and also have bronchial asthma.. Right now my skin has become very dull and rough. Sometimes itchy. Lots of whiteheads on nose and cheeks. And I also have uneven skin tone on my face. So please help me with my problem.. Please recommend me a facewash as well.. Thank you Neerja

Hi,
Salicylic acid face wash is good for oily skin. But use it only once in winter. As far as dryness is concerned. Never use oil based cream as it will cause eruptions. Use Dermadew or Aloe Vera gel and when you get pimples then use Clindamycin cream.
