Suggest Medication For Fatigue And Dizziness After Inhaling Paint Fumes

Hi, Early today (labor day) I painted my room with the doors and windows up with Valspar Ultra. After about 2 hours of painting I began to feel fatigued and became queasy. About an hour later I began to vomit in a quick succession about 4 times. Now I m feeling a bit better but I want to know if the paint fumes were enough to cause this reaction or, do you believe I ve ingested some and need to go to a hospital? Thanks~

Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Yes, paint fumes are the most likely cause in your case.
Vomiting and dizziness are due to typical pungent smell of paint.
This smell actually irritates nose and throat and cause vomiting.
This also cause unwell feeling, percieved as dizziness.
Since you are now feeling better, no need to worry for this. Just breath fresh air and drink plenty of fluids.
Avoid hot and spicy food for 1 day.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
After 1-2 days, if you are still symptomatic then consult doctor.
