Suggest Medication For Fatigue,concentration Problems And Neck Stiffness
I am having petechiae on my face and arms. I have recently started dripping saliva when I am sleeping, and I have certain symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome or hyperthyroidism such as fatigue, concentration problems, neck stiffness, etc. Can you help me?

Chronic fatigue can be from low thyroid level...
For which you can investigate with tsh , t4 level estimation in serum....
If hypothyroid present treated with levo thyroxine tablet ...
Second here petechies present over face ...
So cause for that has to be ruled out like ....
/ vitamin c deficiency / thrombocytopenia (platelet count estimated ) / viral infections like cytomegalovirus / vascultis etc....
According to cause treatment guided. ..
