Suggest Medication For Fatty Liver And Cholelithiasis

Hello sir , I m Anand my age is 25 . I did USG abdomen and my got my report .A calculus measuring 1.3 cm is seen within the gallbladder and liver measuring 14.8 CMs and shows diffuse increase in echo texture !!! In the impressions it is mentioned as fatty liver and cholithiasis .What are the medications and diet tips to be followed ??? Does all these symptoms create any problems ????

gallbladder stone can be removed by hole surgery avoiding measure surgical procedure. gal bladder with stone is to be removed in ultrasound procedure.for fatty liver further investigation like liver function test may have to be done. refrain taking alcohol and fatty food. followup can be done by repeating the liver function test.
