Suggest Medication For Fever And Diarrhea
Hi my husband is 34 and he had a fever two days ago with severe belly pain and diarrhea. The fever went away in one day but the diarrhea lasted and with using tablets it stopped however his belly seems swollen about one to two inches and it feels stiff and he is complaining of pains what do you think?

It appears that he had an over the counter, or sub clinical treatment of the supposed typhoid, fever with infection of the intestines.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ranitidine paracetamol, and domperidone.
Give him more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
