Suggest Medication For Fever And Sudden Weight Loss

fever started with 99 went up till105 was hospitalised for 10 days with last 3 days on aztreonam iv the fever dropped to 100 and below for past 8 days on oral secef 400mg twice a day but still getting fever in the evening [99.2to 99.8] all tests conducted for typhoid and tb negative. a sudden weight loss from 77 to 74.6

Possibility of cross infection occurred.

clinical symptoms correlated with investigation (relevant) Chest X ray,microbiological culture will rule out the tuberculosis.
but associated symptoms should be correlated.
