Suggest Medication For Fever, Throat Pain And High ESR Level

my ESR is 39 i have alot of test like maleria TB widal but didn t found any thing hey are perfect even CBC also i have fever from 2 weeks range 99-102 mostly in morning i have 101 i am taking antibiotics from 2 weeks have pain in my throat so tell me what s esr 39 is about what u diagnose ?

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of fever, throat pain and high ESR level which could be due to viral/ bacterial infection of body. ESR levels indicate infection in body. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to booster your immunity by taking multivitamins and diet rich in vitamin A. Try to divide your meals in small fractions rather than having bulk at a time. You should take NSAID medication along with antibiotic such as Levofloxacin. You should take plenty of fluids. Avoid taking any sharp and oily food substances . You should take soft and bland food. You should take fresh juices in diet. Visit general physician once and get it examined. Go for blood tests as well. Start treatment after proper diagnosis.
