For fungal infection you can take some antibiotics preferably cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert advice along with cetrizine or avil if itching is present. You can take fluconazole 150 mg every alternate day for at-least one month. You can use candid-b powder or betnovate-c cream for local application. Maintain the hygiene of local part that is affected.
