Suggest Medication For Gastritis Causing Headache

Sir more often i feel one side headache due to gastric problem . I m unable to cure my gastric problem. What medicine should i take or what food should i avoid. I felt that whenever i take palak veg. Ifeel more gas. Should i skip morning tea?Kindly suggest.

Skipping a meal may lead to more gas, so it would be best not to do this.

There are some foods that are more likely to cause reflux and gas such as cabbage, broccoli, turnips, beans, prunes, carbonated drinks, brussel sprouts. You should reduce or avoid these if possible.
If you notice any other foods that cause the problem, should reduce those as well.

There are medications that may help eg nexium, prilosec, prevacid, protonix
