Suggest Medication For Headache And Dent On Head Caused After An Injury

I hit my head this morning on the door frame with a lot of force. It hurt but was no bleeding and had no symptoms, went back to bed (was up at 4am for bathroom) I ve had a bit of a headache all day but also have a head cold so put it down to that. I have just noticed the area I hit is tender to touch and has a small dent should I be concerned by the dent?

It is better to get an x ray of the skull so that any significant pathology if there can be appreciated.
You should stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain .
Meet your doctor if symptoms persists.
