Two weeks ago I had concussion. The headaches and nausea got worst about 4 days later. I went back to doctor and she gave me pills for possible vertigo. The pills helped and I felt better. But during this time me left ear inside felt like very cold water running in it. I check and there was no wetness of any other explanation of it. Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Concussion with ? Cerebral Contusion- which ? is accompanied with ? SOL.
Ans-
Headache and nausea in your case needs more assessement from Surgeon and investigations with CT Skull. If need be you may need NeuroSurgeons opinion if the conservative home treatment with -
Rest/ Antibiotics-to control infection due to base of skull hidden fracture -as you have un-explained ear wetness feeling during night and early morning.
Mere painkiller pills and anti-Vertigo pills have not helped in your case.
Hence In My opinion you need to further investigated to rule out the brain Contusion- which would require- Conservative treatment for 3 -6 weeks before these symptoms would come to normal.
Also SOL -from Slow progressing Venous Subdural Hematoma, is to be assessed with CT skull repeatedly,if need be.This would help in treating it by Burr Holes at the opportune time to save your life at the right time.
I would rather would suggest you to avoid taking any painkillers and antivertigo medicines and be under hospital observation for 3-5 days time, as you are getting a feeling of wetness in your case.
Hope this would help you to resolve your health issues in the best way possible.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Good Day!!
