Suggest Medication For High BP Of Around 105/72 And Pulse 96
Pic have not been feeling well. Lots of stress. I have been taking my blood pressure today with an at-Home arm pressure cuff. My BP this morning was 103/66 with a pulse of 99. Then BP was 108/68 with pulse of 78. Now I feel a little strange. My BP is now 105/72 with pulse of 96
Should I b concerned enough to go into a walk-in clinic ?
Hi and welcome to HCM. Your Blood pressure and pulse rate are within normal range. Blood pressure varies in a day and this is called diurnal variation. It means your BP will show low and high at different times in a day. Pulse rate also varies.
Normal BP is 120/80 mm of Hg. Your BP is slightly on the lower side. Many people will be having low BP with out any symptoms.I dont know why you are measuring your BP very frequently in home, which is not necessary.
For low BP: drink lots of fluids, When you Lie down and keep a pillow under your legs, while getting up from sitting or sleeping position do it slowly, dont work long hours standing
If you have symptoms of giddiness, vomiting etc then please consult a doctor.
