Suggest Medication For High Functioning Autism

My 5 year old grandson has High Functioning Autism. He has an IQ of 136. He has a heart of gold and can be very loving and thoughtful. But at times something small may trigger a aggressive action. He then will apologize when he calms down. Is this part of his Autism or could he also have borderline personality,disorder?
