Suggest Medication For Infected Boil On My Coccyx

i curently have a silver dollar size boil on my lower buttox area ...where the tail bone ends ....it has already opened up but the pain is still unbareable...this is not my first one in this spot ...im currently applying some off the shelf boil cream on it fir the last few days . do you have any extra advised for me Dr .?

I have read your query
I hope this will help
From your history it seems you are having bacterial skin infection..
These infection are commonly caused by STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS bacteria.
I would suggest following to you:
Start using antibiotic AUGMENTIN 1GRAM TWICE DAILY for 5-7 days
Tab naproxen 500mg twice a day for 5days
And wash the wound daily with warm Luke water and after drying it apply
MUPORICIN cream over it...
If no improvement is occurring in 3-4 daytime consult your GP to re asses you
