Allergies occur when your immune system reacts to a foreign body. Foreign body may medicine like pollen, animal dander, dust and poison ivy etc. The severity of allergies varies from person to person and can range from minor rash to anaphylaxis.
Advice
1.     Tablet levocetirizine 5 mg – 1 tablet once daily for 5 days
2.     Tablet dexamethasone (Dexona) 0.5 mg – 1 tablet twice daily for 5 days
3.     Do not scratch too much as it will caused skin damage and infection
4.     Apply calamine lotion – three times daily locally

Thanks
