Suggest Medication For Itchy Patches On Skin With Painful Red Dots

Hi, I am Abhishek and I am using fourderm for side patches and itching since one and half year but now I realised it is increasing the side patches and small red dots starts appearing which are painful and then after applying fourderm they go and leaves a blackish skin there. Please me

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of itchy patches on skin with painful red dots which occur because of clogging of skin pores by debris and bacteria and infection in them. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to maintain complete hygiene and apply cream containing azelaic acid which is good for use. Apply aloe vera gel at night . If condition doesn't get well in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like minocycline, steroid ointment and may recommend chemical peeling for marks. You should apply MELALITE XL cream which is combination of hydroquinone, tretinoin and steroid and apply it at night time
