Suggest Medication For Itchy White Vaginal Discharge With Yellow Crust
hello , I am having a for I think a long time a white discharges and the sometimes turns yellow and with a bad odour , and now there is a yellow crust appears on the labia and yhey are itchy , what should I do is a vaginal douch enough to relife the symptoms or should I take an oral antifungal ! or it s more serious than this ?

Yellow discharge with itchiness and bad odor is indicative of an infection. Yellow discharge is commonly caused by bacterial infection or sexually transmitted diseases. Trichomoniasis, mainly cause itching, pain during urination, and an unpleasant odor. Get STD tests done. If trichomoniasis is detected. You can take a course of metronidazole (400mg).
You can take the pills two times a day for seven days. The infection should clear up in a week. If the infection does not clear up, you can take a one time dose of Secnidazole. Avoid douching. Wear cotton underwear, which absorbs moisture and may prevent yeast infection.
Limit the number of sexual partners. Use condoms, practice safe sex. Use unscented soaps, tampons and pads. Take care of your hygiene.
