Suggest Medication For Laceration Caused During Passing Stools Due To Constipation

While Passing Motion 3 days ago, I was constipated and forced the stool out. When it passed i felt it lacerated my inner rectal wall at the end. The last two days I feel the abrasion of the stool passing (i am still constipated). Can I apply any cream or etc to heal the laceration or WIll this develop into an Anal Fissure and leading to a sentinel pile....etc.( I had a surgery done once before for the same).Please advise deeply worried and confused
