Hi,
It seems from your symptoms that you are mostly suffering from
stress disorder.
What's your age?Are you married?Do you stay with your family?
If yes,try to spend some time with them for relaxation,
leave your office works at the office itself.
During weekends,try to go out for an outing and spend some time with your friends/colleagues/family members.
You need to meditate everyday for atleast 30 mins in the morning(try some deep breathing exercises)which ll help you to concentrate well.
Also go for a brisk walk for about 20 mins daily in the evening after dinner.
I hope these measures ll help you to get relief from your problem.
If it still persists,you can have some benzodiazepines like
clonazepam in the required dosage and if needed,consult with a
psychiatrist for proper counseling and evaluation.
