Suggest Medication For Lower Back Pain Caused Due To Sudden Jerk
Yesterday while travelling in an auto raksha (a three wheeler) vehicle, and while crossing a bump with a speed, with the result lower part a little above hips of my back, got sudden jerk and it is paining. Could I take on tab of DOLO 650 mgs? MBMirchandani age 91 years.

Hello,
It may be due to muscle sprain.
For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.
Apply diclofenac gel or ointment locally.
Heating pads also helps.
In case of not getting relief you may require MRI back after orthopedician consultation.
