Hello, welcome to HCM!

After going through your description of the symptomatic nodule on the innerside of labia minora, I could understand that if I were your treating physician, I would like to consider following possibilities in this case like:

1. urethral caruncle: a nagging inflammatory pathology

2. a small abscess

3. in infected small subepithelial cyst

etc.

Therefore, you must see a gynecologist for a physical examination and urine test to determine the exact nature of it and you have to take ciprofloxacin group of antibiotics; your doctor must know the local brand...!

regards!
