I have had a nasal congestion since February I already went to an ENT and allergest had a CT Scan everything is negative. Went to a doctor in Mexico and he said that my left nostrial is not as open as my right notril. what do I do I am tired of being congested. I take spays netipod breathe rights
You may be suffering from turbinate hypertrophy or deviated nasal septum. So you have to be examined by ENT specialist for possible causes for allergies.
Avoid cool'drinks and freeze water avoid smoking and alcohol drinks. Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Avoid pets in the house, avoid exposure to pollen or animal dander.
Use tablet montelukast once a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
