Understanding your concern. As per your query your baby have natal acne which occurs due to systemic changes and when skin pores becomes clogged and clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. I would suggest you to exfoliate your face once a week and apply aloe vera gel. Drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. You should apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course as you are not getting benefited with laser therapy.
