Suggest Medication For Nausea, Vomiting And Swollen Feet
My motherIin law has a pus cell of 25 30 found in the urine test she is a diabetic n age 65.she does not have symptoms of urine infection like burning n all but have nausea n ommiting.n swollen feet gave her some antibiotics.only the tablets are eenough r need some further medication. Plz suggest.
Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern. Pus cells in urine with swollen feet in diabetic implies two things. 1. Diabetic nephropathy with UTI 2. Ischemic heart disease and UTI He needs proper examination and workup. Cardiovascular examination, Gastrointestinal tract examination and following investigations are important. 1. Anti HCV 2. ECHO 3. Renal function tests and HbA1C 4. Ultrasound abdomen 5. Urine protein and urine creatinine ratio I will be in a better position to help you in a proper way after these investigations. At the moment continue her antibiotics and tell her to take atleast 8-12 glasses of water per day. Do regular aerobic excersize thirty minute a day five times a week. Hope it helps best.
